I am the great grand niece of the late Prof. Sherman Cook, mentioned in the Nov 4 1931 session of the Lonesome Road recording. We have a picture of the band that he sent to his brother Mason, when Johnny Collins was managing the band. I'd love to know more about his position with the band. Was he a musician with the band or not?
